There are so many good things about our experience. May brought her professional background and wise insight into each aspect of our process, from initial suggestions and recommendations about home pricing, updates and market timing to detailed decisions about an appealing home appearance and what to expect generally from the process . May enabled us to work with an excellent home repair person in order to make the best updates, and she was sensitive and thoughtful in listening to our needs and concerns. She also enabled us to work with a wonderful home staging company which was highly effective in getting positive responses and quick offers. May has such a warm and inviting style, which was pivotal during the highly successful open house she planned. She introduced and clearly explained all the appropriate paperwork at each stage—we trusted her and always knew she had our interests in mind . And she was well organized and professionally supportive from the first meeting to the closing. Two things stand out among other good moments with May. First, she communicated with us in ways that felt just right, contacting us with all the details she knew we would want to know without overwhelming us with the background details she was working on. This felt just right and reflected her thoughtful sensitivity to us. Second, her positivity and professional competence carried us through all the inevitable ups and downs of the process. She brought a level of energy that enabled us to trust in her and the process. In the end, we received multiple offers the day after the open house and settled by that evening with more than we asked for! Coming at such a crucial time in our lives, we will not forget the affirming presence and professional skill which May offered, and we will remember her with deep gratitude!
