Wow! I needed to sell my deceased parents' house and the neighbors recommended Starr. I am so thankful that they did. Starr was amazing! Throughout the process, she anticipated my questions, addressed my concerns, and educated me on the selling process. She has a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Anne Arundel County and recommended a fair, realistic listing price. She staged the home in a way that attracted families and showed the strong points of an older house. Starr has a network of contractors who repaired some items to make the house more attractive (peeling paint, outdated wallpaper, etc.) and responded quickly to repair roof damage from a storm. Starr bent over backwards to help me with the sale. I live in another state, and Starr took care of several items that needed someone on site when I couldn't be there.
