Wow! I needed to sell my deceased parents' house and the neighbors recommended Starr. I am so thankful that they did. Starr was amazing! Throughout the process, she anticipated my questions, addressed my concerns, and educated me on the selling process. She has a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Anne Arundel County and recommended a fair, realistic listing price. She staged the home in a way that attracted families and showed the strong points of an older house. Starr has a network of contractors who repaired some items to make the house more attractive (peeling paint, outdated wallpaper, etc.) and responded quickly to repair roof damage from a storm. Starr bent over backwards to help me with the sale. I live in another state, and Starr took care of several items that needed someone on site when I couldn't be there. Starr is honest, caring, and truly professional. I highly recommend using her as your real estate agent!

Putting our house on the market was not in our immediate future. Due to employment decisions, we decided that it would be best. We reached out to Laura Merson, she met with us, she listen to us and showed so much empathy towards our situation. She shared with us what we should do prior to listing. She listed our house, held an Open House and had a contract on our house in four days. She an awesome in the most stressful times. Her knowledge about real estate was awesome!
