Putting our house on the market was not in our immediate future. Due to employment decisions, we decided that it would be best. We reached out to Laura Merson, she met with us, she listen to us and showed so much empathy towards our situation. She shared with us what we should do prior to listing. She listed our house, held an Open House and had a contract on our house in four days. She an awesome in the most stressful times. Her knowledge about real estate was awesome! From day one Laura took care of us as if we are family. She approached this sale with the same faith that we share. We explained what we were looking for and she found it for us in record time. She spent extra time making sure we were comfortable with our purchase and making sure everything would work perfectly for us. She walked with us through what was the most difficult purchase of a house we have had after multiple moves and we were comfortable with the process the entire time. I have never worked with a better realtor and will recommend her to every person that I know looking for a house.
