Lisa immediately sent me ranchers to which my parents and daughter walked thru. Put a bid in and was accepted. Lisa helped me understand everything, she went above and beyond helping to set up appointments as I couldn't. Lisa and my lender Kristy took control of everything and went full force to get me in a split foyer with just 7 steps. Lisa even came to the hospital to go over papers with me.
