We couldn’t recommend Jess and her team any more than we do! The home buying experience had its ups and downs, like normal, but every challenge was with other parties, not Jess’s team. Regardless, Jess and Christina would jump in at any moment to question, advocate, problem solve, and rectify any situation or concern. When we wanted to see a house, Jess or Gina were there within a couple hours. When we wanted to submit an offer, it was submitted within less than 24 hours with a detailed explanation of comps in the area and recommendations to make the best offer. When we had a question about anything throughout the process, we got a detailed response even if it wasn’t their responsibility, even if they didn’t know the exact answer, even if it was outside of normal “business hours”, even if it was very time sensitive.
