We had a great experience with Showcase. Eddie was our selling agent, he helped us get ready to list our house, brought in a home stager, and we ended up going under contract within 4 days of being on the market. Eddie updated us every day as to feedback we were getting from viewers and any offers that came in. Chad was our buying agent. He sent us properties just about every day for us to go through as we were searching. They both helped us navigate the contract phase and answered our (seemingly endless) number of questions. Once we found “our” house they both hopped into action and we went under contract the next day! I am happy to say we are now officially new homeowners thanks to this dream team! Each of them were available throughout the day and even weekends and evenings. We couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and it’s all thanks to them!

His deep knowledge of the area (in this case Frederick MD) was immediately apparent and incredibly helpful as we navigated neighborhoods and narrowed down our options - he also has a YouTube channel where he explains so much about different towns in Maryland and provides useful info you would otherwise spend a ton of time researching on your own.
