As first time homebuyers, we didnt have any clue what to expect but Rhonda held our hand as much as we needed from the very beginning. She knew everything about the area, gave suggestions for where to look to find what we wanted (and where not to look), and went the extra mile at every opportunity. I dont think we toured a single house that she hadnt already made herself an expert on. She anticipated everything we were looking for and was already in contact with the seller's agent sharing our interest when we picked a house. Rhonda walked us through the negotiation process step by step and gave us expert advice on structuring an offer, negotiating a counter offer, and working with the lender to manage closing costs. When it came time to close she double checked things in the walkthrough that I didnt even think about and has a good relationship with the closing agent so she was able to make sure that everything went smoothly and there werent any last minute surprises. We really could not imagine going through this process without her and I would highly reccomend her to anyone else I know looking to buy a home, whether theyre a first time homebuyer who needs to be walked through every process, or someone with more experience. Rhonda's knowledge of the market, expertice in her practice, and ability to simplify everything in a way that we could understand without making us feel like we couldnt make decisions for ourselves or like we werent a part of the important conversations was entirely unexpected with the realtor horror stories I've heard from friends and family. Its a shame the scale stops at 5 stars, she deserves more.
