India, I’m so grateful for your patience and your knack for finding creative solutions to every challenge we faced. From our very first meeting to the final closing your dedication never wavered. You went above and beyond to protect my interest and keep the sale moving forward. Through all the ups and downs you stayed focused and guided this transaction to a smooth finish. Thanks for the wonderful photos and video of today’s closing, which will help me cherish this special milestone, along with our picture with Mary from years ago. I also truly appreciate the generous gift card and flowers. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the sale, and I’ll gladly recommend your services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Truly Awesome!

Xavier Mack during our transition of selling our home was great. He communicated great. He put us at ease with explaining and guiding us in the process. He researched and fought hard for us to get to a deal we were happy with A+

From the initial consultation, I knew Ashli would be the realtor I’d choose to help sell my house. We had a thorough conversation of the possibility of selling my house, what upgrades would be nice to get done, what was a realistic and favorable selling price for me. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, she provided beautiful staging to display while on the market, and had numerous open houses while also boosted marketing to ensure it was getting the efficient visibility. When the offer came in, she negotiated at an extremely high level, being transparent with me while having my best interest. Throughout the closing process she was on top of every aspect to ensure there wasn’t a delay on closing day. Ashli performed at an extremely high level all while becoming a first time mom! There was never any lapse in communication or performance. Would 100% recommend her to any friends and family, shoot any random person on the street! Thank you again Ashli!

My experience as a buyer with Takeya White has been excellent. Her market knowledge communication and professionalism has been outstanding.
