From the initial consultation, I knew Ashli would be the realtor I’d choose to help sell my house. We had a thorough conversation of the possibility of selling my house, what upgrades would be nice to get done, what was a realistic and favorable selling price for me. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, she provided beautiful staging to display while on the market, and had numerous open houses while also boosted marketing to ensure it was getting the efficient visibility. When the offer came in, she negotiated at an extremely high level, being transparent with me while having my best interest. Throughout the closing process she was on top of every aspect to ensure there wasn’t a delay on closing day. Ashli performed at an extremely high level all while becoming a first time mom!
