My husband and I were buying a home from across the country, and Kedrick made the entire process seamless. He found exactly what we were looking for, was aggressive (in the BEST way) when it came to submitting offers and communicating with sellers, and truly fought for us. Both homes we put offers on were accepted over other offers, and we fully credit Kedrick’s hustle, communication, and attention to detail. He was kind, professional, and crazy responsive — but also matched my energy, which made it so fun to work with him. At one point we even asked him to stand in the shower and smell the water while on FaceTime (😂 yes, seriously), and he did it without hesitation. When my husband tried to re-suggest a house he had previously trashed, Kedrick didn’t miss a beat and said, “That was a house you 🗑️,” and we were crying laughing. He knows when to keep it real, and when to keep it light! I’m honestly jealous of people who get to work with him in person, but we’re so grateful we had him in our corner. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
