Nine Years Later, We Chose Wes Again
This is the second (and third!) time we've worked with Wes, and I can't recommend him enough. He earned our trust 9 years ago when he helped us buy our first home. When we outgrew it and were ready to sell and buy again, choosing Wes was an easy decision.
Throughout the process, Wes was knowledgeable, responsive, and always had answers to our questions. We hit a few unexpected bumps while selling and buying, but he always had trusted contractors and resources to help solve the problems quickly.
This move happened during my 3rd trimester, and there were many moments when I felt overwhelmed - tears and all. Through every stressful situation, Wes had my back. His calm demeanor and reassurance made me feel at peace, even when things felt impossible.
During our final walkthrough, we discovered not all of the promised HICA repairs had been completed. Wes immediately stepped in, advocated for us, and made sure everything was taken care of before closing.
What truly sets Wes apart is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. On closing day, we showed up with tired, hungry kids and realized we hadn't packed essentials like toilet paper, a broom, or cleaning supplies. Without hesitation, Wes ran to Target and came back with everything we needed- including the natural, plant-based cleaners he knew I preferred. He also brought pizzas, breadsticks, and bottled water for our entire family while we unpacked.
By the middle of the process, our kids were calling him "Uncle Wes," and honestly, that says it all.
Thanks to Wes, we sold our home quickly, which allowed us to purchase the home of our dreams. He's more than an exceptional realtor - he's someone who truly cares about the families he serves. We are so grateful and recommend him without hesitation.
