My partner and I recently closed on our new home, and we couldn't have had a better experience working with Kevin Carlson as our realtor. Christine was great and a pleasure! She helped me get a beautiful 1 bed/1.5 bath duplex in a prime location off of the interstate in the Landmark area of Alexandria. The convenience of location, the cost point, the proximity from the city and my work office, Christine was able to find this gem that checked many of my most important boxes. Her communication with me was nothing short of excellent and accessible. She made my transition into a first time homebuyer extremely smooth. I can’t thank her enough.

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

Lynnea is amazing! She is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable in all things real estate. My buying situation was a long process and had some stops and starts due to some family situations and me wanting to improve my credit score but she stuck with me the entire time. She provided me with resources to build up my credit and she helped to keep me from feeling too down when I lost bids on homes and was the voice of reason when things didn't seem like they would work out.
