My buying situation was a long process and had some stops and starts due to some family situations and me wanting to improve my credit score but she stuck with me the entire time. Cedric was a Godsend! He was an amazing realtor! We worked with him for two years. We started looking for a home and decided to wait. When we decided to look again he was just as enthusiastic to help us in our home search. He was prompt in helping us look for our homes and used his expertise to guide and consult our needs. Even after we decide to walk away from a home, he provided all of the options and consequences. Afterwards we decide to continue looking for a home immediately and Cedric was sending homes to us within days. He is professional, prompt and very knowledge about the home buying process. He was a great comfort in the closing process! Even after we moved in, he was available for questions that we had. I highly recommend Cedric to guide you through your home buying process!

We were so happy to have gotten to work with Cedric! He came to us highly recommended. He and his team were a very good match for us. We'd never sold a house before, had to move in a hurry for a new job, and have a toddler - overwhelming. We were very intimidated by all we had to do, but everything worked out perfectly.
