I had the pleasure of working with Phillip Gentile to purchase my first investment property in DC and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my questions. Phil took the time to understand my investment goals and helped me find the perfect property that fit my needs. He guided me through every step of the process, making it seamless and stress-free. He even recommended a great licensed contractor that completed all the renovations for me in less than 60 days after closing. If you're looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor, I highly recommend Phil!

Corey, was great! He made sure to always communicate with us no matter what. If we had questions and/or needed more detail on something he always made time to explain to us. I would recommend Corey to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, be trustworthy agent.

I met Tammy at an open house and consider myself lucky to have just stumbled upon a realtor as qualified as her. She was incredibly helpful guiding me as a first time homebuyer. She knew the neighborhood, she knew where to guide me, and she gave me helpful tips along the way. She helped me negotiate the final price significantly and knows excellent inspectors. She is kind, relatable, and exactly the kind of agent you want representing you. Thank you Tammy!
