Professional, Knowledgeable, and Committed - Highly Recommend Realtor Phil!
I had the pleasure of working with Phillip Gentile to purchase my first investment property in DC and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my questions. Phil took the time to understand my investment goals and helped me find the perfect property that fit my needs. He guided me through every step of the process, making it seamless and stress-free. He even recommended a great licensed contractor that completed all the renovations for me in less than 60 days after closing. If you're looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor, I highly recommend Phil!
