Cindy was a total straight shooter as we assessed various potential properties. The two specific things we appreciated was 1) through Cindy we saw the home we bought before it hit the market and was able to make an offer before anyone else could. That was huge. 2) Cindy handled the price negotiation expertly and instead of a lot of back and forth, just told us the price the buyer would accept and we offered it.
