A true team player who looks out for your best interests and seeks the best deal

I was lucky to make a good connection with Shane when we met for fist time while touring the apartment. I knew I could truly trust him to guide me through the novel and challenging process ahead as a first-time homebuyer, and consequently, secure the best deal. I really appreciate his expertise and command of the subject, his ability to explain things clearly (and repeat them if necessary!), his great manners, his calm and relaxed demeanor without losing professionalism, and his knack for understanding exactly what I was looking for—as well as the specific needs and concerns of a young expat buying their first home. He always respected my pace as I processed everything. I value immensely the fact that he was present at every stage, working as a true team player, and looking out for my best interests as a buyer to find the option that suited me best. Thanks Shane for all the hard work, as well as the constant guidance and support throughout the process! I am proud to call him both my agent and my friend.
