Initially, I had not been able to secure a rental. After, retaining Ms. Onteniente, she quickly took action, recommended a few alterations to the unit, quickly (witin a few days) secured a qualified contractor to make the changes; plus, she was able to secure a quality tenant, and the monthly rental at an amount higher than my initial offer.
