Particularly strong on walkthroughs during visits to available properties in terms of pointing out their strengths and weaknesses to someone who isn't very knowledgeable about homes like myself. Opinionated but in a way that felt like your voice was being enhanced and not lost, particularly in terms of making clear that you could do better than certain listings. Has great connections with escrow/finance people and works well as a team with them along with you.
