She helped guide me in areas that I was less familiar, as a first time home buyer. She was also available whenever I needed her- be it for showing, contracts, or other things that popped up. I appreciate that she got to know me and my family to properly understand my specific needs when purchasing a house. She was very patient and I felt that she genuinely wanted to see me in the right house, not just a house to close the sale. She helped guide me in being competitive and was a great negotiator in this market. I also liked that she helped after the house was purchased with recommendations for all sorts of services like locksmiths, contractors, etc Would definitely recommend her!
