We are first-time home buyers, with no Idea, no clue, and nothing but Anton helped us in every step of purchasing our dream home. Buying a house needs to consider different things. From the layout, location, safety, school, and of course budget. Anton does his research every time I get interested in a certain house and he provides honest advice on property. He is very straightforward regarding the housing market and interest rates. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs even though most of the time I had questions and he was always available to respond (he will call right away). He always think positively. He communicated effectively and negotiated to ensure our satisfaction. He went through the listing, browsing, and negotiation process. We finally got our home more than what we expected and It was perfect! Really dream come true with his help. And our home was appraised more than what it should have been. My wife and I worked with Charles as first time homebuyers. Charles was responsive, effective, and helpful. We ended up purchasing a home before it even listed. In fact, our offer was accepted and ratified within 24 hours of when we found out about it which was remarkable considering how competitive the market was at the time of purchase. Though we purchased the home sight unseen with no contingencies based off of photos from when the property was listed years ago, Charles was confident from his communication with the listing agent that the home was in great shape and would be a safe bet compared to comps such as the offer we lost just a week prior. Fortunately for us, the home turned out better than we could have ever hoped for with renovations, upgrades, and major items already replaced such as new roof, new HVACs, new garage reno, hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, etc. Literally, the only thing our home inspection revealed was a loose brick. Without a doubt, we would not have landed this house without Charles as our buying agent and we hope to work with Charles again.
