We are first-time home buyers, with no Idea, no clue, and nothing but Anton helped us in every step of purchasing our dream home. Buying a house needs to consider different things. From the layout, location, safety, school, and of course budget. Anton does his research every time I get interested in a certain house and he provides honest advice on property. He is very straightforward regarding the housing market and interest rates. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs even though most of the time I had questions and he was always available to respond (he will call right away). He always think positively. He communicated effectively and negotiated to ensure our satisfaction. He went through the listing, browsing, and negotiation process. We finally got our home more than what we expected and It was perfect! Really dream come true with his help. And our home was appraised more than what it should have been.
