Working with Laura to sell our house was almost too easy. This was our third transaction with her, and once again, she delivered. We wanted a quick sale with minimal showings (three senior dogs made that a priority), and Laura built a strategy around that from the start. Initially, I had not been able to secure a rental. After, retaining Ms. Onteniente, she quickly took action, recommended a few alterations to the unit, quickly (witin a few days) secured a qualified contractor to make the changes; plus, she was able to secure a quality tenant, and the monthly rental at an amount higher than my initial offer. Ms. Onteniente delivered as promised. I would highly recommend her services!
