My husband and I recently moved to Washington DC and after a year of renting we decided we wanted to actively start looking for a home and we needed an agent who could guide us to the area that would suit us and our grown family. We started with open houses and met quit a few agents all very friendly but Daryl was the only agent who followed up with us to re-introduce himself and let us know what his history and knowledge of the DC area was. After a few more months we connected with Daryl and told him what we were hoping to find. Daryl was great at recommending and talking us though all the different areas DC has to offer and what we could expect to spend and where might be a focus for us which was a great help to us midwest transplants. We found a house! During the process Daryl was extremely attentive and shared any correspondence directly with us to keep us in the loop. Yamile his office co-ordinator was on top of it and helped us from start to close as well. Daryl has built his business on knowledge, professionalism and trust.
