We worked with Kimberly to purchase our home on Barnaby St in Washington, DC, about 11 years ago. When it was time to sell for a work relocation in the Spring of 2025, we went with Kimberly to help us out. Kimberly set a sales strategy and identified priority investments to prepare for a sale. The suggestions were great - improvements for minimal investment. I wish we would have done this years ago. Kimberly worked her network and we had two interested parties prior to the first open house. The pricing strategy was great, and we received a pre-showing offer for $100k above asking, which we elected to take. On top of that Kimberly was able to negotiate a significant no-cost lease-back to allow my son to complete high school and me to identify a new home with minimal gap between leaving DC and arriving in Santa Fe. In Santa Fe, Kimberly was able to leverage her network again to help us find a realtor (Tom Abrams) who was also excellent. All told, it was a great experience and we maximized our value on both ends of the transaction with Kimberly's great work.

Due to a family situation we had already moved away long distance when we engaged Kimberly to sell our home. The market timing couldn’t have been worse for selling a property in D.C.metro as it coincided with the start of DOGE layoffs. As we lived remotely, Kimberly was in effect the “caretaker” for our house and handled everything including working/coordinating with our home maintenance companies. While it took a good while to sell our home due to the above, Kimberly was relentless in marketing our house throughout and it resulted in our receiving a good price with the sale of our property. With the challenges we faced, Kimberly’s experience and expertise shone throughout as we were well informed and comfortable during this process. We were very pleased and fortunate to have Kimberly represent us for this transaction.
