Due to a family situation we had already moved away long distance when we engaged Kimberly to sell our home. The market timing couldn’t have been worse for selling a property in D.C.metro as it coincided with the start of DOGE layoffs. As we lived remotely, Kimberly was in effect the “caretaker” for our house and handled everything including working/coordinating with our home maintenance companies.
