A problem arose concerning the boundary line between our property and our next-door neighbors’ lot. There had to be an agreement on the boundary line, or the sale could not go through. Kimberly showed her skill by negotiating a deal with the buyer’s agent on the boundary line. This broke the logjam and paved the way for the settlement to happen.
