When it was time to sell for a work relocation in the Spring of 2025, we went with Kimberly to help us out. Kimberly set a sales strategy and identified priority investments to prepare for a sale. The pricing strategy was great, and we received a pre-showing offer for $100k above asking, which we elected to take. On top of that Kimberly was able to negotiate a significant no-cost lease-back to allow my son to complete high school and me to identify a new home with minimal gap between leaving DC and arriving in Santa Fe. In Santa Fe, Kimberly was able to leverage her network again to help us find a realtor (Tom Abrams) who was also excellent. All told, it was a great experience and we maximized our value on both ends of the transaction with Kimberly's great work.
