Kimberly helped the reviewer sell this property

Kimberly was a true miracle worker!

Kimberly was a true miracle worker! She has deep knowledge of houses in 20015 and guided us perfectly in the process, from beginning to end. Her recommendations for repairs to our 100 plus year old house were spot on, and she did not ask for things that were not necessary. And she has a list of people who did the work at fair prices. She priced it higher than we thought we could, and then we got $160,000 over asking! We had two offers in two days!! Our heads were spinning!! Thank you Kimberly!!
