I have had the pleasure to work with Marie on the sale of my investment property as well as the purchase of another property. On both transactions, she was on top of everything. She went above and beyond what I expected. She provided very good suggestions that also saved me money with the attorney. She negotiated and got me top dollar for the sale and a competitive purchase price. If she didn’t ask me to write a review, I would have done it myself.

Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. The fact that she left me TV sets and other items convinced me that she was ready to move as soon as possible . Sign a very contented buyer Diane Keaton ( and I'm in great health )

Margaret was a delight to work with. She has immeasurable experience in the Washington D.C. area, and her guidance and reassurance throughout the process was exceptional. We like to ask a lot of questions and request more information than the average person, and Margaret never made us feel like we were disturbing her; what she did do was get us answers and in a swift manner. These transactions can be tedious, but having Margaret represent us was one aspect we could be confident about. We highly recommend her as a realtor.

The people in this company is very nice. They make you feel comfortable how they explain features of seller or buying a house. They help visualize your future of being happy with decisions.
