Nate patiently and confidently navigated the nuances of the entire sales process; this was harder than it seemed since there were prospective buyers who required ongoing communication (until we found "the one" and ultimately completed the sale). I live out of state and all I can say is that she was a BLESSING and went way beyond the normal duties of a realtor, since I wasn’t able to have hands on, she was able to handle any situation, she was there to take care of any dealings with condo association or contracts and much more and was able to sell my condo within two weeks.
