Tom was instrumental in making sure that all the details for preparing our home to be sold were taken care of (Working with contractors, gardeners and cleaners). His knowledge and insight into the housing market was right on, and his assistance with all of the documents, approvals etc., was very helpful. The successful sale of the home would not have been possible without his assistance.

Tom Rickert has worked with us for many years from helping to get a house rented and managing renters for several years, to then helping us to sell that very same house. He knows the business of selling houses and managing rentals and we were so lucky for his expertise. While managing our rental, he worked professionally and helped keep the renter happy and made sure we were happy with the renter. He went above and beyond to make sure our house was well managed. We then decided to sell the rental and he was the listing agent. He brought in a great team to fix up our rental, at a very reasonable price, and made it look desirable and even more sellable. The team worked quickly and did a very professional job at a reasonable price to make our house ready for sale. This process is difficult on the seller since you are not sure if your house will sell and you keep putting more money into upgrades but Tom was there with us to help walk us through the process. The house sold at a remarkable amount and it was all thanks to Tom and his thoroughness and professional manner. He was fun and a dream to work with and so very pleasant to chat with! He knows the business and knows how to sell houses and it was such a comfort to have him representing us. Hire Tom! Seriously best decision we ever made. Tom had a solution for every problem, provided great guidance throughout the selling/buying process, and was so kind and patient. He spent real time getting to know us so that he could help us find the perfect home (which he did) and made sure we put in an offer that would get us in our dream house. Even our toddler loved Tom!
