Yael is truly the best, and she’s the full package to help guide you during the stressful time that is buying and selling real estate. We loved working with her so much when she was our buyer’s agent that there was no one we wanted to work with more to sell our home. Our circumstances were challenging and unusual (we were mostly remote through the whole process due to serious health issues), but Yael went above and beyond and made it work for us. She has a great vendor for everything, and always an encouraging word. Most importantly, she read the market really well when it came to what improvements to make, pricing our home, and the timing of the listing—we are really impressed and happy with the advice she gave us. Selling a home is such a stressful time, but there was no question too small to answer and no issue she couldn’t address. Yael is a consummate professional and has seen it all, and she knows exactly what to do. It’s icing on top that she is also the loveliest person, with a big heart and always offering her support. She doesn’t just do a great job and call it a day, she becomes a friend. I need to stop gushing, but just want to reiterate that Yael is an excellent real estate agent, and an even better human. Matt is undeniably a super agent in every sense. He is the person you want in your corner when assessing homes, making offers against competition, giving advice, and finding quality people to inspect the home and provide any services you need to move in. His memory and knowledge of the homes in Anne Arundel (that is where we were looking at least) is incredible. He was excellent at listening to my wife and I and pointing out things in homes that we did not realize we cared about or needed, and (maybe more importantly) when it came to our more favored homes, pointing out things that he thought we may not like. As he will tell you, he always responds to any questions at any time. When we found a home we really wanted, there were multiple people bidding. He knew exactly what we needed to offer to get the house and negotiate little things through the rest of the process. When it came to inspection and considering repairs, he has a rolodex of reliable contractors and people to do absolutely anything you want. On top of that, Matt is highly ingrained in his community: teaching, organizing events, and he is always out meeting people. You find out quickly that Matt is one of those people that knows someone for everything and can help with any issue. It speaks to his character and his expertise, which is particularly important these days. We moved to Annapolis/Anne Arundel for the first time, and Matt was/is helpful to know for all things around the area. We are happy to call Matt a friend after the process and appreciate his hard work and expertise. He will always be my go-to for all things home related.
