We interviewed a few agents in order to choose a fit to best represent us for the sale of our home. We are retired and would be downsizing some but also building a new home. We were concerned about how the sale may be promoted and all the details of listing. Cheryl was very direct with specifics, timelines and tactics to list and promote. Per her advice, we prepared the home for photos and video clips and drone shots. The listing was extremely impressive and had over 80 photos. We began with open house showings and the process began. Once we did have a contract with pre approved buyers, there were some hiccups with the buyer's agent. Cheryl was able to address all the twists and turns, going above and beyond for answers and results. There were many delays to get to the closing, and we were able to make decisions along the way in spite of the difficulties. Cheryl guided us, but allowed our decisions to stand. In the end I do believe her extensive experience allowed the patience for us to create the best result for us and still provide good service to the buyer, in spite of their less competent agent. Cheryl was recommended to us and I can definitely highly recommend her to you.
