I have been through the buying process 3 times and despite this being the toughest house to sell so far, the process with Colleen has been leaps and bounds better than my past two experiences buying and selling! Colleen was very quick to respond to all of our questions. She really goes above and beyond the duties of a realtor (in my very limited experience working with them).
