We had problem after problem o up while selling our home of over 20 years. Salt incursion in the well so a new one had to be drilled. The house had radon, and needed treatment for that. And other issues as well. Barbara was a great source of advice and referrals to help with issues. This is the third house she had sold for us, after selling two rental properties.
