Ms. Melissa Smith has been my realtor on several house purchases over the years. On each occasion, I've had nothing less than an excellent experience working with her. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She is always available and willing to answer my million questions throughout the process and even after leaving the closing table. She is with me every step of the way ( during the tours, inspections, closing, etc.) constantly guiding me like a mother taking care of her child, which puts me at ease and make me feel well supported. I can definitely count on her to give me her honest opinion when buying or selling properties, even if it means that she may lose a sale. Her genuine desire to make sure I'm happy with each purchase truly warms my heart. Sometimes doing so means multiple house tours until I find the ideal property. She is always willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate my availability. Her patience is very admirable. If I could give her ten stars I would. Unless Ms Smith retires from the real estate industry, she will always be my realtor.
