Jackie, helped us find two homes: a rental right as we moved to Annapolis while we had time to learned more about the neighborhoods and find our dream house which she found about 10 months later and negotiated a great deal. She knew the agents on the other side in both transactions. She is very dialed in around Annapolis. She also has wonderful taste when searching for us. BTW we still have the wonderful decorative bowl she gave us as a present at closing displayed on our dining room table!

I used Heather for the sale of my Mother’s home in Heritage Harbor. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She went out of her way to help us from making suggestions for improvements prior to the sale to being there the day of settlement. For everything in between she was very responsive and even went out of her way to manage some work being done at the home. Alison is truly amazing. She is patient, kind and assertive in all the right ways. She was great with my young kids when they came along for almost every part of the ride in the home buying process. She is always quick in her response times. She always has help ready, whether that be from herself or someone she has a connect with. We had some last minute things happen within the process and she was always on top of it. We also had some delays with repairs on the property we were purchasing and she was very communicative and always helping us figure everything out every step of the way and explaining everything thoroughly. I am someone who has had both not very good agents and outstanding agents with both selling and buying. Alison really exceeded all expectations and made this process really easy despite some hiccups we had. Alison is that type of person that feels like she belongs in your family. My whole family loves her and we are so thankful for her.
