Alison is truly amazing. She is patient, kind and assertive in all the right ways. She was great with my young kids when they came along for almost every part of the ride in the home buying process. We also had some delays with repairs on the property we were purchasing and she was very communicative and always helping us figure everything out every step of the way and explaining everything thoroughly.
