Relationships are built on trust, and if you're honest and open with him about your needs, he'll be honest with you and work for you to meet/exceed your needs. He's very knowledgeable about the area and the homes he showed us. When he showed us homes, he did the walk through with us, showing us the features about the home that are worth it, those that we may need to be on the lookout for in terms of potential issues or repairs down the line. Other buyer's agents we met with often stood there and let us see the home with no real engagement or insights on the home itself - he was present and engaged with us during the whole process. He's super dependable and has great communication - he checked in on us to ensure we were on track and that we were clear in every step of the way. We mostly texted each other and talked on the phone for longer discussions, and he always made time for us - if you prefer email or another way to communicate, he'll adjust and accommodate you.
