Being a native of Denver, Colorado, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the world. Colorado is rich in beauty, adventure and excitement, which is what fueled my desire to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Being in the title insurance industry for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the buying and selling process of residential homes. Armed with the knowledge of contracts and the closing process, the only logical progression was to join the real estate sales force. With an enthusiasm for meeting new people, and a love of real estate, it was a natural fit. With a scrupulous eye for detail and strong work ethic, I am devoted to making your real estate transaction a fantastic experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you can make in your lifetime. It is a job that should be left for a real estate professional. With my experience in preparing legal real estate documents, I can assure you that I will make sure it is done right, the first time. Being your advocate is my number 1 priority. In my spare time, I enjoy camping and traveling in our RV with my husband Allen, teenage daughter Erin, and our always crazy dogs, Milo the Golden Retriever, and Millie the German Sheppard Pit Mix. We also enjoy fishing, hiking and snowmobiling in the winter. We are a devoted Broncos family and look forward to football season each fall (Go Broncos!) Supportive Home Buying Experience

Working with Stacie and Theresa to buy my second home was an amazing experience from start to finish. They also helped me sell my previous home, and having the same team guide us through both processes made everything so much smoother. After having a terrible first home-buying experience a few years ago, I was honestly nervous going into this process again. Stacie and Theresa completely changed that for us. They were knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and truly supportive every step of the way. We always felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the decisions we were making. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable instead. Exceptional Guidance and a Smooth Home Sale Experiance

I had a great experience working with Stacie Duffy selling my townhome, especially with this being my first home sale. She provided a detailed room-by-room checklist of updates that would make the biggest impact before listing, which made the preparation process feel manageable and worthwhile. She was also willing to rework the photography schedule around my work commitments, which I really appreciated to get photos taken and the house listed earlier than planned. Thanks to her guidance, I received an offer after just one showing. Throughout the process, she walked me through every step, clearly explaining all the logistics and making sure I fully understood what I was agreeing to at each stage. She was also incredibly patient and communicative with my parents, who understandably wanted to be involved and informed throughout the process. Collaborative and calm in the storm

Lisa is an experienced and thoughtful professional, and a genuinely good human. Lisa lead us through a difficult transaction in which we had some big surprise repairs to make and a difficult party at the other end of the transaction. She kept us calm and focused on the goal, all while providing great recommendations of folks to make the repairs and close the deal. She went above and beyond in countless ways, even meeting repair crews when we had to be at work. Lisa kept us focused on the prize, which was downsizing to the perfect little spot she found for us. She has been our family realtor for more than 20 years, and has held the hands of our parents, siblings, kids, and many friends. We will continue to connect her to our loved ones and give her our full trust.

Lisa's attention to detail, expertise, professionalism, and care is stellar!

Lisa's expertise in real-estate, both market knowledge and Colorado trends is outstanding. She has been my realtor for both buying and selling, including a mountain land deal, and has outperformed any other realtor I have used in the past. Her communication with her clients, appraisers, contractors, other realtors, title companies, etc. is professional and punctual. Her ability to write a selling home description and handle all associated forms for buying and selling property is amazing. Lisa's sense of humor, candor when necessary, ability to navigate stress with clients/others, and lovely personality makes her brilliant to work with. She is a gem and someone I highly recommend!
