Being a native of Denver, Colorado, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the world. Colorado is rich in beauty, adventure and excitement, which is what fueled my desire to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Being in the title insurance industry for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the buying and selling process of residential homes. Armed with the knowledge of contracts and the closing process, the only logical progression was to join the real estate sales force. With an enthusiasm for meeting new people, and a love of real estate, it was a natural fit.
With a scrupulous eye for detail and strong work ethic, I am devoted to making your real estate transaction a fantastic experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you can make in your lifetime. It is a job that should be left for a real estate professional. With my experience in preparing legal real estate documents, I can assure you that I will make sure it is done right, the first time. Being your advocate is my number 1 priority.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping and traveling in our RV with my husband Allen, teenage daughter Erin, and our always crazy dogs, Milo the Golden Retriever, and Millie the German Sheppard Pit Mix. We also enjoy fishing, hiking and snowmobiling in the winter. We are a devoted Broncos family and look forward to football season each fall (Go Broncos!) Being able to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle is something that I love and cherish. I can't wait to help you find that place in this beautiful state that you can call home!

Heather Hankins has lived in Colorado most of her life, growing up in a small town in northern Colorado. She has lived and worked in the Denver area since graduating from college. Heather has been involved in the Denver metro real estate industry for over 29 years. Charles is the most attentive and detail oriented agent I’ve ever worked with.
Charles handled everything from planting new flowers to painting the entire facade of the house to get it ready for market. He really does put in 110% of his energy to every deal and I cannot recommend him enough!

Above and beyond my expectations!
I was referred to Holly by my daughter, whom Holly had helped nine years ago with the purchase of her house. As a first-time homebuyer, I walked into the process with very little knowledge of what to expect. From our very first meeting, Holly was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to meet with me on several occasions to explain the home-buying process in detail, answer all of my questions, and clearly explain her role, my role, and how we would work together to find and purchase the right home. Holly was always quick to respond to my texts whenever I had a question, but what I appreciated most was that she never relied solely on text messages to communicate important information. If I had a question or concern that required more explanation, she would take the time to schedule an in-person meeting so we could sit down together and go over it in detail. She made sure I fully understood the answer, rather than simply sending me a quick response and moving on. That level of personal attention made me feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Holly was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the area where I purchased my home, honest and straightforward when it came to negotiations, and consistently professional throughout the entire process. What started as a realtor-client relationship eventually grew into a wonderful friendship. Holly genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer, I truly could not have asked for a better realtor. Unceasingly persistent in selling my home
My mother’s home was a difficult property to sell. Cindy was unceasingly professional and persistent with myself and other agents in getting my mother’s home sold. Holly's passion for real estate is admirable.
Holly came highly recommended from my mortgage broker. My first contact with her was a phone call getting to know about her and the process of finding a home. Holly was professional and full of knowledge about the home buying process. I could feel her genuine regard and care for me as someone who was nervous and unsure of what part of Denver to live in since I am new to the area. Throughout the entire process of buying my home she made sure I was meeting deadlines and communicating with key prople to ensure everything stayed on track to purchase my home.
