Katie was great to work with. She was patient and quick to reply to any questions and concerns we had. She was always available when we needed her and quick to schedule showings of homes we were interested. She worked to guide us through a unique situation and helped us to feel calm through stressful aspects of the process. We had such a great experience working with Dane! He was super helpful from beginning to end, always quick to respond, and made the whole home-buying process way less stressful than we expected. He really listened to what we were looking for and was great during the house hunt - pointing out both red and green flags with every home and neighborhood we visited. Dane made sure we understood every step and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was just as excited as we were to find the right place. I truly feel that I have made a great friend in Cliff! From the first phone call to tell him what we were looking for, he always made us feel that we were his first priority. We were buying from out of state, and when we set dates to come to Colorado, he had multiple listings that we could tour.
