House sold in 14 weeks!

Jacque was a great partner in the sale of my home. We sat down, discussed the property, all of the plusses that it brought in a crowded market, but most importantly, she set the expectation that this is a very simple process: we are looking for the buyer. To do that we agreed on a price, and a strategy. That strategy had to be nuanced a few times (it is a challenging market!) but we were able to continuously make small improvements while we nuanced, and I was very happy with the sale and sale price. Jacque took care of everything post sale; I just had to focus on doing the good work of preparing and moving out. I would recommend Jacque
