Jacque was a great partner in the sale of my home. We sat down, discussed the property, all of the plusses that it brought in a crowded market, but most importantly, she set the expectation that this is a very simple process: we are looking for the buyer. To do that we agreed on a price, and a strategy. That strategy had to be nuanced a few times (it is a challenging market!) but we were able to continuously make small improvements while we nuanced, and I was very happy with the sale and sale price. Jacque took care of everything post sale; I just had to focus on doing the good work of preparing and moving out. I would recommend Jacque

I had an excellent experience working with Jacqueline to sell my home. She handled every step of the process with exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and care. From the beginning of my long journey putting my house on the market, she was patient, personable, optimistic, and encouraging.  I was living in an apartment about 40 minutes away while trying to sell my home and was so impressed how Jacqueline went above and beyond to help manage the property. She regularly checked on the house, coordinated tons of showings, and made sure everything stayed on track when I couldn’t be there myself. Her communication was outstanding too! She kept me informed at every stage and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance. Jacqueline’s hard work and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the sale. Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available. She updated our listing on a continual basis, using pictures, video, and drones to showcase our property. It was also beneficial that she lives in our neighborhood and knows the Conifer/Evergreen market. During our open houses, she took the time with every potential buyer to explain all the benefits of owning our home. Jacqueline communicated with us often, explaining the market conditions and gave us advice on when to lower our price to get more eyes on our home. She gave us confidence that all we needed was that one buyer that would be interested in purchasing our home. She was very helpful as well with the closing process, letting us know when deadlines approached and navigating us through to the end. We would use Jacqueline again and will let our friends and acquaintances know what a wonderful realtor she is.
