He presented me with comparison listings and we arrived at a potential selling price that met my expectations. The selling contract and accompanying documents were easy to understand and straight forward, signing and approving was easy with online signing. It was very fast and easy, I didn't have to leave my home. Paul took care of getting great pictures and writing a description of my property. The first day of listing, we had three offers. Paul made suggestions as to which offers I should or should not consider. In the end I accepted an offer that was more than I had planned. The rest of the sale went smooth and effortless. The closing was easy, and in the end everyone was pleased. I would highly recommend Paul Gruber as a real estate agent. His knowledge of the market and processes are first class!

Leslie let us take our time looking at various homes so that we could get a feel for what properties cost and how much home our budget would buy.
