Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available. She updated our listing on a continual basis, using pictures, video, and drones to showcase our property. It was also beneficial that she lives in our neighborhood and knows the Conifer/Evergreen market. During our open houses, she took the time with every potential buyer to explain all the benefits of owning our home.
