I have worked with Stephanie now for several years: she helped us buy our first home nine years ago and just recently helped us sell that home and upgrade to our new home. Throughout the years we have kept in contact and she has always been available to give referrals, show us homes when we thought we might buy, and just to answer random questions that pop up. She is consistently honest, patient, flexible, and truly caring in both buying and selling. We started working with Stephanie as just a young married couple, and now have three children under the age of 7. Stephanie was considerate and flexible with all of life's stages, including scheduling showings when we were child-free and all we did was work non-stop, or when we had children and she would make herself available to speak with us after the kids' bedtime or schedule last-minute showings on the weekends. She has always given insightful feedback on a home that would suit our family's needs. We have also worked with Stephanie in both a "seller's market" and a "buyer's market." But what has remained constant is that she is a true professional. She ALWAYS responds promptly - to the point where once when it took her slightly longer to respond I was genuinely concerned! Her prompt communication was never expected on my end, but always appreciated. She makes you feel like you are truly her top priority. I feel strongly that she loves what she does and truly just wants to help people find the best home for their family and unique life situation. I would highly recommend her to ANYONE.
