At every turn came a new issue and Phillip was able to navigate the process needed to get solutions so that we could get to the closing table. I had several other agents list this property and it seemed they let clients and deal slip through the crack on such a complex transaction. Phillip solves problems and is not scared to think outside of the box. Wish I would have listed with him 3 years ago! Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available. She updated our listing on a continual basis, using pictures, video, and drones to showcase our property. It was also beneficial that she lives in our neighborhood and knows the Conifer/Evergreen market. During our open houses, she took the time with every potential buyer to explain all the benefits of owning our home. Jacqueline communicated with us often, explaining the market conditions and gave us advice on when to lower our price to get more eyes on our home. She gave us confidence that all we needed was that one buyer that would be interested in purchasing our home. She was very helpful as well with the closing process, letting us know when deadlines approached and navigating us through to the end. We would use Jacqueline again and will let our friends and acquaintances know what a wonderful realtor she is.
Our house in Conifer was not the easiest to sell because of it's age and the need for some repairs. Christy and Tiffany were with us all the way, helping us set the right asking price, guiding us through the repairs, setting numerous showings and open houses. Cliff is not only highly knowledgeable about the market, he is also honest and diligent. His attention to every detail helped keep us calm throughout the whole purchasing process .
