Chris was wonderful to work with - he is a quick study of your personal preferences and communication styles and adapts his approach to best fit you, his client. One example for us was his 'just-in-time' messages to check in and prompt us to complete various actions, given our busy schedule with small children. Once we found a home we wanted to put an offer on, he was quick to ensure the paperwork was correctly prepared and delivered, and positioned us neatly for a quick acceptance from the seller.
